Hours of Operation: Baptist Family Fitness is conveniently opened 7 days a week.
- Monday thru Friday: 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- Saturday: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Sunday: 1:00 p.m.to 5:00p.m.
